I decided to call my 1st House 'Studios43', partly because it is gonna be my Studios for my life in the next, at least, 10 years... :-)


I understand that however 'young & energetic' you may look, you are still a 25 years old middle aged man (or woman?)..


The roof lining is what we called in chinese 'moot', falling off. So it's gonna go and replaced with new one.


Your bones are weak, I will cured you and make you look and feel as young as you can be..

Changes are:
1. Main Wall change to left hand side to facilitate walk way from foyer to Kitchen, Home Office and Staircase.
2. Door separating Living Room and Kitchen to be abolished.
3. Sun shades added to Foyer external wall and Living Room extension exterior wall.
