I don't see a store/utility room in your ground floor plan. Isit being missed out or by purposed?
did u put some fengshui thingy in your house design?
Forget abt fengshui, I dun think this fellar believes in it. Let me guess, I think most probably he will put in a lot of hightech gadgets, ie: classy sound system, sexy electronic stuff and etc. And yeah, I won't be surprised if he turns his house into a wifi hotspot one day ~

Ya jannie you are spot on, my house is gonna be a high tech living space.. what? Wi-Fi Hotspot, that is a STANDARD these days isnt it?
